invoke Hookmark on a file (press control H on the keyboard).

click on the target file to select it (then reposition your hands/fingers to move from the mouse to the keyboard).

There are many more if you consider the cognitive and motor activities/coordinations involved. When I count the actions needed to use this function, I get 5 ‘steps’ or summary actions.
